SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, SO THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Delaware.
